Smart Agents Labs ("Smart Agents Labs", "we", "us") is a US-based digital marketing service operating SmartAgentsLabs.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect through the Site and how we use it.

We intentionally collect only what we need:
- Contact details you give us — name, business name, email, phone, and anything you type into a form, strategy-call request, or message to us.
- Basic usage data — pages visited, referring URL, approximate location (city/country from IP), device and browser type. Used to measure traffic and improve the Site.
- Cookies and similar technologies — strictly needed cookies to make the Site work, and aggregate analytics cookies. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. We do not collect payment card numbers on the Site — billing for engaged clients is handled through separate, secure third-party processors.

- To reply to your inquiry and schedule a strategy call.
- To deliver and improve services we agreed to provide.
- To send service-related emails (you can opt out of marketing email at any time).
- To keep the Site secure and detect abuse.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We will never sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your information to train third-party AI models.

We use industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, reputable cloud providers). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Request a copy, correction, or deletion.
